Admission Requirements

Applicants are required to be licensed mental health professionals, i.e., psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, who have supervised clinical experience subsequent to the attainment of their professional degree. Evidence of scholarship in the form of publications or teaching is welcomed, but not necessary, for application.

In special instances, professionals with achievement in allied fields will also be considered for admission. However, more extensive clinical and supervisory experience will be required during the training program. A candidate without a degree and license in one of the mental health disciplines is not eligible for certification, but will receive a letter of attendance upon satisfactory completion of the program.
