Application Procedure

Applicants are asked to submit, in addition to their completed application form, transcripts of all graduate work, published articles, and three letters of recommendation. A non refundable $50 application fee must accompany the application form. When all application materials have been received, selected applicants will receive interviews with two members of the Coordinating Committee of the training program.
