National Training Program
Application Procedure

In addition to the completed application form and the $50 non-refundable application fee, applicants are required to forward a recent curriculum vitae, all transcripts of graduate and undergraduate education, a copy of the applicant's state license enabling the applicant to practice as a psychotherapist and three letters of recommendation. When all material is received, interviews will be scheduled.
